JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Prepare required menu items as well as supervise commis during production
2. Maintain set standards in food taste, presentation, portion size and food safety
3. maintain area under strict hygienic and ensure safe working condition with correct use and maintenance of equipment
4. To understand and comply with the prevention of food and adulteration act
5. To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AS CDP IN FOOD & BEVERAGE PRODUCTION
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
