Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through LinkedIn, databases, references, and online research
- Cold calling and client outreach for business opportunities
- Fixing appointments and coordinating meetings with prospective clients
- Following up with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders
- Supporting proposal sharing and business coordination
- Maintaining client database and sales pipeline
- Building professional relationships with potential clients
- Coordinating internally with the training and operations team
