Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Sales Manager to accelerate business growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and direct meetings.
- Develop strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Create and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Generate repeat business and referral opportunities.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Identify emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Share market intelligence and client insights with management.
