Job Summary
To manage all daily, monthly, and yearly accounting, finance, stock, and material-related operations of the company. Responsible for proper monitoring and reporting of GST, TDS, banking, billing, stock management, and project-based expenses.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Accounting & Finance
· Enter daily accounting transactions in ERP / Accounting Software
· Prepare Purchase, Sales, and Journal Entries
· Generate Tax Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes
· Maintain Cash Book, Bank Book, and Ledgers
· Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
· Maintain Debtors and Creditors records
· Monitor expenses and budget control
B. Stock & Material Accounting
· Maintain stock records of solar panels, inverters, MMS structures, cables, and other materials
· Record inward and outward stock entries
· Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation
· Prepare project-wise material consumption reports
· Generate stock-related MIS reports
C. Purchase & Billing
· Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain records
· Handle Proforma Invoice (PI) and vendor billing processes
· Track vendor payments and follow up
· Perform vendor ledger reconciliation
D. Taxation & Compliance
· Assist in preparation of GST Returns, TDS Returns, and other statutory returns
· Maintain GST Input / Output records
· Prepare documents required for audits
· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
E. Banking & Documentation
· Handle RTGS, NEFT, and cheque payment activities
· Maintain banking documents and records
· Assist in documentation related to LC, BG, or CC Limits
F. Reporting & Coordination
· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports
· Create reports in MS Excel and MS Word
· Coordinate with Project Team, Store Team, and Management
· Visit project sites whenever required
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
· Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
· Knowledge of Tally, ERP Software, MS Excel, and MS Word
· Experience in stock and material accounting
· Good reporting and documentation skills
· Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines
· Good team coordination and communication skills
Educational Qualification
· B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
· 2 to 5 years of experience as an Accountant
· Preference will be given to candidates with Solar EPC / Construction Industry experience
Working Conditions
· Willingness to work at both office and project sites
· Timely reporting and deadline-oriented work environment
· Site visits and outdoor work as required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
