Job Description:
The position will be based out of Azim Premji University ,Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support process of appraisal
a. Facilitating discussions with the leaders
b. Holding the process together – consolidating documents, maintaining proper records, analyzing data, providing inputs on actions required.
2. Maintain the HR process - Onboarding, Confirmation, Exits, etc
3. Analyze and keep track of aspects like attrition and provide qualitative inputs about the same on a regular basis
4. Over a year or two, be able to take on handling of complex people matters, working with field leaders on the same.
Qualification and Experience
5. 5 - 7 years of work experience
6. Any post graduation ( Human Resource or Social Science preferred)
