We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our client's team as a Graphic Designer & Client Support Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design expertise along with experience in client support, order management, and ERP/CRM systems.
Candidates with experience designing product pages and marketing creatives for Amazon US Marketplace and Walmart US Marketplace (including listing images, A+ Content, Storefronts, and other e-commerce creatives) will be given strong preference.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, preferably for e-commerce brands.
Strong proficiency in:
Experience designing:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- Amazon product listing images
- Amazon A+ Content
- Amazon Storefront creatives
- Product infographics
- Digital marketing banners and promotional creatives
- Experience creating product pages, listing images, A+ Content, Storefronts, and marketing creatives for Amazon US Marketplace is highly preferred.
- Experience designing product pages and creatives for Walmart US Marketplace will be a significant advantage.
- Good understanding of e-commerce design best practices and conversion-focused creatives.
- Proven experience in email and chat-based customer support.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience in order management or back-office operations.
- Experience communicating with international clients.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Create high-quality graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools.
- Design product listing images, A+ Content, Storefront creatives, infographics, banners, and promotional assets for Amazon US Marketplace and Walmart US Marketplace.
- Create engaging graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and marketplace best practices.
- Manage order processing and order tracking with accuracy
- Provide email and chat support to international clients.
- Conduct client calls to address customer queries and provide order or project updates.
- Maintain accurate records within ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate effectively with international clients and internal teams.
- Support day-to-day administrative and back-office operations as required.
- Experience working with e-commerce brands, online marketplaces, or digital marketing agencies.
- Exposure to B2B business operations.
- Basic understanding of branding, image optimization, and marketplace content guidelines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
