Therapeutic Interventions
- Conduct Art-Based Therapy (ART) sessions for children in distress and children in conflict with the law residing in Child Care Institutions (CCIs).
- Address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs of children through structured art-based therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions with children in CCIs as required.
Mental Health Support & Capacity Building
- Conduct mental health awareness and support sessions for CCI staff and other stakeholders when required.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in addressing the mental health needs of children in institutional care.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain handwritten session notes for each child and ensure they are properly filed in the child’s institutional records.
- Update and maintain case notes and therapy records in the CMS for internal documentation and reporting purposes.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to project stakeholders.
Coordination with Statutory Bodies
- Provide therapeutic services based on referrals received from the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) and Child Welfare Committee (CWC).
- Attend to the therapeutic needs identified by these authorities and provide appropriate interventions.
Meetings & Supervision
- Participate in internal supervisory meetings for case discussions and professional guidance.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to program updates and planning.
Compliance & Protocol
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational guidelines.
- Ensure timely completion of required internal documentation and records.
Travel & Field Engagement
- Travel to Child Care Institutions (CCIs) assigned under the Masoom Project across various districts of Maharashtra.
- Maintain regular field engagement to ensure effective implementation of mental health interventions.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
