Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the kitchen and daily operations
Plan and execute innovative vegetarian menus
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
Supervise food preparation and maintain high quality standards
Train, manage, and improve kitchen staff efficiency
Monitor all dishes before service to ensure fine-dining standards
Control food costs, inventory, and minimize wastage
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Coordinate with management for menu updates and improvements
