Key Responsibilities
- Metric Development: Create realistic, measurable, and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect the company's overarching goals.
- Performance Evaluations: Lead regular performance reviews (quarterly, biannually, or annually) to provide constructive, fact-based feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
- Coaching & Development: Identify skill gaps and design actionable professional development or training programs to help employees achieve their career goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and business intelligence to identify trends, resolve productivity barriers, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with upper management and human resources to maintain standardized performance protocols and communicate expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 7+ years in HR, talent management, or operational performance management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate performance reports.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to deliver feedback and guide teams across all levels.
- Leadership & Emotional Intelligence: Ability to motivate, mentor, and resolve conflicts while fostering a positive workplace culture
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
