Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial property projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery
- Handle project planning and resource allocation
- Monitor project costs and perform cost estimation
- Supervise site execution and maintain quality standards
- Ensure safety compliance and regulatory requirements are followed
- Lead and manage teams effectively
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation
Required Skills:
- Experience in commercial property projects preferred
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of project planning and coordination
- Cost estimation and budgeting skills
