Job Overview
The Waffle Co. is looking for responsible and energetic individuals to manage daily operations at our store. The role involves preparing food items, handling billing, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing a great customer experience.
Shift Details
- Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Shift 2: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Shift Type: Rotational shifts
Overtime or double shift allowance also available and will be discussed during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare waffles, beverages, and other menu items according to store standards
- Handle customer orders and billing at the counter
- Serve food and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, kitchen area, and equipment
- Ensure proper stocking of ingredients and supplies
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Manage basic cash handling and record transactions
- Assist in opening and closing the store when required
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers
Job Profile
- Store Associate / Shop Executive
- Front-end customer interaction and basic kitchen operations
- Responsible for smooth daily functioning of the outlet
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Any level of education (school students, graduates, or anyone willing to work can apply)
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Basic knowledge of making waffles, desserts, or café-style food items
- Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or food outlets
- Good communication and polite behavior with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
