The Lead Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across leadership, technical, engineering, project, and corporate functions. - Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.

- Conduct screening and competency-based assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed hiring timelines.
- Lead recruitment for senior, leadership, and specialized technical positions.
- Partner with business heads to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Prepare candidate assessments, benchmarking reports, and hiring recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure regular recruitment updates.
- Collaborate with HR, compensation, mobility, and onboarding teams.
