CEE CEE Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Debt Collection Team Lead to manage and guide our collections team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in debt recovery and team management. The Team Lead will be responsible for achieving collection targets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the debt collection team.
- Monitor daily collection activities and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Handle escalated customer cases and resolve payment disputes professionally.
- Develop effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
- Track team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
