Job Summary
Bake N Shake is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in restaurant operations, and the ability to manage staff while delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the service team.
- Welcome guests and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Assign duties and monitor the performance of waiters and service staff.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for smooth order execution.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance in the dining area.
- Train and motivate team members to maintain service standards.
- Prepare shift reports and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain, Senior Waiter, or Team Leader in a café, restaurant, hotel, or QSR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service and restaurant operations.
- Ability to manage a team and work in rotational shifts.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Hotel Management qualification preferred).
