About Alanar
Alanar One Health Fund is a SEBI-registered Category-II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Alanar Alternative Investment Management Private Limited. The Fund focuses on businesses across pharma, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical engineering and allied infrastructure sectors.
We are building an institutional digital presence that is research-led, visually sharp, commercially intelligent and credible.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Associate – Digital Content & Design to manage Alanar’s LinkedIn presence and support the Fund’s broader digital visibility.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands LinkedIn as a professional platform and has strong design judgment. The person should be able to take internal ideas, notes and direction, and convert them into polished LinkedIn-ready content across formats such as carousels, static posts, document posts, image-led posts and visual content.
Over time, based on performance and maturity, the role may expand to include marketing and visibility support for Alanar’s investee companies.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage Alanar’s LinkedIn company page, including content planning, posting, formatting, page hygiene and engagement tracking.
· Maintain a structured content calendar for Alanar’s digital communication.
· Create and adapt content across LinkedIn formats, including text posts, carousels, document posts, image-led posts, video-led posts and event updates.
· Convert internal ideas, research inputs and sector themes into clear, professional and visually strong social media content.
· Support post copy, headlines, captions, carousel structures and content flow.
· Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance, and use these inputs to improve future output.
· Support basic website updates, content uploads, formatting changes and page hygiene.
· Coordinate with external support where required.
· Track relevant LinkedIn formats, content trends and examples of high-quality B2B / institutional communication.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone intelligent, visually sharp and highly trainable. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and a good understanding of how professional content is consumed on LinkedIn.
The candidate must be comfortable creating content assets independently and should not require basic training on how LinkedIn works as a platform.
Required
· Strong design sense and visual judgment.
· Good understanding of LinkedIn as a professional content platform.
· Ability to create clean, polished social media creatives independently.
· Comfort with Canva or similar design/content tools.
· Understanding of formats such as carousels, document posts, static creatives, short-form visual posts and video-led content.
· Basic writing ability, sound grammar and strong attention to detail.
· Ability to understand feedback and improve output quickly.
· Interest in business, investing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
· Willingness to work full-time from office in Mumbai.
Preferred Background
Candidates may come from design, visual communication, media, marketing, mass communication, business or liberal arts backgrounds. A specific degree is less important than the candidate’s ability to demonstrate good visual taste, structured thinking and execution quality.
Exposure to Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, website CMS platforms, LinkedIn company page management, carousel design, visual storytelling or B2B content will be an advantage.

CTC will be decided based on assessed skill level and corresponding task load.. Compensation will be reviewed after 9–12 months, subject to performance, role maturity and business requirements.
