Role Overview
The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, generating patient appointments, following up with existing and potential patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience through effective communication. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients.
- Handle inbound patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatments, consultations, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the CRM system.
- Explain dental services, treatment plans, offers, and promotional campaigns to patients.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Coordinate with Front Office, CRM, and Clinic Teams for smooth patient management.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Ensure high-quality communication and patient satisfaction during every interaction.
- Follow company SOPs, data confidentiality policies, and service standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle objections and patient queries effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, CRM Software, and Google Sheets.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluency in English is Mandatory (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
- Professional communication and telephone etiquette.
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Customer Service, CRM, Call Center, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
