This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline across target industries. Responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting potential customers, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and achieving sales targets and revenue goals. The Business Development Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, participate in reviews and forecasting, and represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and growing a sales pipeline.
- Solid Business and Account Management abilities to manage client relationships, drive renewals, and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in hygiene solutions, facilities management, FMCG, or related service industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working in a field-based, on-site sales environment in Mumbai, with readiness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
