Job Summary
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team at the Royal Enfield dealership. The role involves understanding customer vehicle issues, preparing job cards, coordinating repairs, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and inspect motorcycles for service requirements.
- Explain repair and maintenance recommendations clearly to customers.
- Prepare job cards and estimate service costs and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for smooth service operations.
- Update customers regularly regarding service progress and additional repairs.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after quality checks.
- Promote AMC, accessories, spare parts, and service packages.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain service records, customer history, and workshop documentation.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of service reception area.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service industry.
- Experience in two-wheeler dealership service operations is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of motorcycles and repair processes.
