Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and coordinate our Web Development and Digital Marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience with Shopify. The role involves managing projects, guiding developers and marketers, ensuring timely delivery, and driving digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the Web Development/Coding team and Digital Marketing team.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks, projects, and team performance.
- Oversee website development, maintenance, and optimization projects.
- Lead Shopify store development, customization, integrations, and performance improvements.
- Coordinate between development, marketing, and business teams to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor website security, performance, and scalability.
- Support SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze website and marketing performance metrics and provide improvement recommendations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in team management and project coordination.
- Good understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify administration, customization, and app integrations.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domains, security, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT management, web development, or related roles.
- Experience managing both technical and marketing teams is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
