- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints efficiently, providing accurate solutions and proactively following up to ensure complete resolution.
- Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while guiding customers through product features and services.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights and share them with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve overall service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and drive word-of-mouth marketing.
- Database Maintenance: Update and manage internal CRM databases with interaction logs, reported product bugs, and useful discussions.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to inform existing customers about new features, upgrades, or complementary services.
