The job requirement is for construction site of Court complex in Angamaly and Aluva.
Quantity Measurement and Cost Reporting:
Take off quantities from project drawings and specifications to estimate the required quantities of materials.
Prepare detailed bills of quantities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation to determine the scope of work and required resources.
Identify and quantify project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with exposure to government projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation methods, and quantity surveying techniques
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
