Gateway International School is seeking a highly organized, proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing facilities, housekeeping, security, maintenance, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, procurement and support services while ensuring smooth campus operations. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities and excellent coordination with academic and administrative teams to maintain the highest standards of efficiency and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the school campus.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance and facility management.
- Supervise operational staff and external vendors.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety and operational SOPs are followed.
- Monitor budgets, procurement and inventory.
- Coordinate with school leadership to support seamless academic operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, administration or facility management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
