AdsCaffe is a digital marketing and brand growth agency founded by a strategist with 12 plus years of industry experience. We work with international clients across the US, UK, Australia and Canada. We help them grow through social media marketing, paid advertising, website development, branding and Funnel Optimization.
This is a lean, founder-led agency. You will work directly with me, not a manager. Everything you do has a direct impact on the business.
What This Role Actually Is
This is not a regular office job. This is a high-output, results-driven role where your one job is to bring clients into the agency. Every single day you will be researching, prospecting, outreaching and building a pipeline of potential clients across Instagram, LinkedIn and cold email.
If you are looking for a slow-paced 9 to 5, this is not for you. If you want real hands-on experience in international sales, lead generation, automation tools and digital marketing with direct mentorship from a founder, keep reading.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Research and Database Building
- Research and identify potential clients daily across Google Maps, Instagram, Yelp and business directories
- Target: salons, spas, medspas and wellness businesses in US, UK, Australia and Canada
- Build and maintain a master lead database in Google Sheets, organized and updated every single day
- Identify pain points of each business: no website, low reviews, inactive social media, no ads running
Outreach and Sales Support
- Send personalized Instagram DMs, cold emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects daily
- Follow up consistently with warm leads without being told to
- Schedule discovery calls for the Founder
- Nurture leads through consistent communication until they convert
Tools and Automation
- Use Snov.io to find and verify email addresses of business owners
- Work with LinkedIn automation tools for connection campaigns
- Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking sheets daily
- Use Meta Ad Library to identify businesses already spending on ads
Content and Creative Support
- Design creatives for agency social media
- Write caption drafts for review
- Assist with preparing proposals and pitch decks when required
Work Schedule
- Office Hours: 1 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday, Sector 63 Noida
- Additional remote availability required after office hours to coordinate with the Founder as she works across time zones
- Saturday: Work from home, flexible hours
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Self-driven, proactive attitude, you should not need to be told the same thing twice
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Instagram, Gmail and Google Sheets every single day
- Ability to handle high volume work without losing quality or accuracy
- Fast learner who takes initiative
Good to Have
- Any prior experience in sales, lead generation or digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Snov.io, Canva, Linked Helper or any CRM
- Basic understanding of social media marketing or online advertising
- Experience working with an agency or startup
Freshers are welcome if you are exceptionally driven, fast, and serious about building a career in digital marketing and sales.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
