We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, understand workspace requirements, and convert inquiries into high-value furniture sales. The role requires strong product knowledge, design understanding, and the ability to build trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and engage walk-in clients with a professional approach
- Understand customer needs (office/home space, budget, functionality)
- Recommend suitable modular furniture solutions (workstations, chairs, storage, etc.)
- Explain product features, ergonomics, and customization options
- Prepare quotations and follow up for closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve average billing value
- Coordinate with backend/installation team for order execution
- Maintain showroom display standards and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Interest in interiors, furniture, or workspace solutions
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell premium products
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/quotation handling
- Prior experience in furniture/interiors/retail sales preferred
