Position: Civil Site Engineer – Residential Interior Execution
Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Residential Interior Finishing Works)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and execution of residential interior and finishing works at site.
2. Monitoring work progress to ensure timely project completion.
3. Quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards.
4. Quantity verification, measurement, and preparation of contractor/client bills.
5. Execution and supervision of plastering, waterproofing, masonry, tiling, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior finishing activities.
6. Coordination with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
7. Material planning, consumption monitoring, and site documentation.
8. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and site management practices.
Qualification:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of residential interior and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
