About the Role
Campaign & Brand Manager to own the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns while safeguarding brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly between big-picture brand thinking and the day-to-day discipline of running campaigns on time, on brief, and on budget. You'll work closely with design, content, performance marketing, sales, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life and make sure everything we put in front of customers feels unmistakably like Inc.5.
Campaign Management:
- You will plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and offline channels, translating business goals into campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets.
- You'll coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or vendors to keep creative, media, and production on track, and you'll monitor campaign performance against KPIs, adjusting course when something isn't working.
- You'll also manage the campaign calendar so that launches, promotions, and seasonal moments are planned well ahead and don't collide with each other.
Brand Management
- You will be the day-to-day custodian of the Inc.5 brand guidelines, making sure tone, visual identity, and messaging stay consistent across every campaign, channel, and touchpoint.
- You'll partner with design and content teams to develop brand assets and creative that reflect the brand's positioning, and review external and internal communications before they go out to catch anything off-brand.
- Part of the role also involves keeping an eye on category and competitor activity so brand positioning stays sharp and relevant.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- You'll work closely with sales, e-commerce, and product teams to align campaigns with business priorities and product launches, and act as the go-to point of contact for external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
- You'll also brief and manage creative, media, and PR agencies where applicable.
Reporting & Optimization
- You'll track and report on campaign performance, brand health, and marketing ROI to leadership, using data to inform future campaign strategy and budget allocation, and running post-campaign reviews to capture what worked and what didn't.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
