We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer / MEP Manager to oversee the design, coordination, execution, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems of our projects. The role ensures that MEP works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Technical
- Review, coordinate, and manage MEP designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural designs.
- Evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
Site Execution & Coordination
- Supervise MEP installation works at site and ensure adherence to approved drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with MEP contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Review BOQs, assist in cost estimation, and control MEP-related budgets.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
Quality, Safety & Documentation
- Implement quality control procedures for MEP works.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain MEP documentation, as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
