About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our dental clinic for the evening shift.
This is a good opportunity for college students and freshers who are interested in gaining practical experience in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients professionally and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and patient enquiries.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
- Assist with online patient registrations and appointment bookings.
- Maintain and organize dental instruments and clinic materials.
- Assist with instrument sterilization and proper arrangement as per clinic protocols.
- Keep the reception and treatment areas organized.
- Coordinate with the dentist and clinic staff regarding patient flow.
- Handle basic administrative and reception-related tasks.
Requirements
- Students and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use WhatsApp, phone calls and online registration systems.
- Friendly, polite and professional attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn basic dental clinic procedures.
- Ability to work during the 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM evening shift.
