We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage walk-in clients and drive sales for our interior and modular kitchen solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of interior products, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand modular kitchen requirements.
- Clearly explain products, materials, layouts, finishes, pricing, and available customization options.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and support basic layout discussions in coordination with the design team.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and client consultations when required.
- Follow up with leads consistently and close sales within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer data, follow-up records, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle negotiations professionally and finalize deals effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including post-sales coordination and support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, or home improvement).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of interior layouts, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to lead conversion.
- Willingness to conduct site visits when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing BOQs and quotations.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills.
