Job Title: ADMISSION CAREER COUNSELOR

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for Admission and career counselor. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in admission counselling
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote training programs to engineering students, colleges, and working professionals.
- Generate leads through tele-calling and follow-ups.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions or client partnerships.
- Manage CRM tools and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly targets for training admissions and client acquisition.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Fluent in English, Hindi
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline or from science background
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or education counseling
- Freshers with strong communication
