About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our IFS Functional Consulting team. Whether you are a fresh graduate with a strong analytical mindset or a manufacturing professional with hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Production, Shop Floor, or Inventory looking to transition into the IT sector, this role offers you the right platform to build and grow a successful career in ERP consulting.
You do not need prior ERP experience. If you understand how manufacturing businesses operate, have a passion for technology and problem solving, and are eager to learn, we will equip you with everything you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
1) Business Process Understanding & Consulting:
- Understand and analyse client business requirements across Supply Chain, Production, Shop Floor, and Inventory functions.
- Map real-world manufacturing processes to IFS modules and functionalities.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose practical solutions aligned with IFS capabilities.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process discussions.
2) IFS Implementation & Configuration:
- Assist in the configuration and setup of IFS modules including Supply Chain, Production, Shop Floor, and Inventory.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation activities from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Perform testing, validation, and quality checks of configured IFS functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of ERP solutions.
3) Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and configuration documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
4) Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide functional support to clients during and after IFS implementation.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve functional issues within IFS modules efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
5) Continuous Learning & Growth:
- Actively learn and stay updated on IFS product features, updates, and best practices.
- Pursue IFS certifications as part of your professional development at Highshine.
- Share knowledge and support fellow team members in their learning journey.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or any related field are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in any of the following manufacturing functions are equally encouraged to apply:
Supply Chain Management
Production Planning and Control
Shop Floor Operations and Management
Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Familiarity with any ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or any manufacturing ERP is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- No prior IFS experience required, comprehensive training will be provided.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes and workflows, either through academic knowledge or work experience.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to connect business needs to system solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to building a career in ERP consulting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for client project requirements when needed.
