Job Title: Production Trainee – CNC Machine Assembly & Manufacturing

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Production Trainees to join our manufacturing team. The role offers hands-on exposure to CNC machine assembly, machining operations, production processes, and quality practices. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in machine tool manufacturing and precision engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and commissioning of CNC machines.
- Support production activities related to machine building and manufacturing operations.
- Operate VMC, VTL, milling, drilling, and turning machines under supervision.
- Perform basic fitter activities including alignment, assembly, fitting, and adjustments.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and height gauges.
- Handle production tools, equipment, and machine components safely and efficiently.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Support senior technicians and engineers in daily shop-floor activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Fitter, Machinist, Tool & Die, or related trades.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine shop operations will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of machine tools, measuring instruments, and workshop practices.
