Position: Infusion Bag Line Operator.
Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
4 to 5 Years experience in relevant field ( Sterile Area)
Exposure of handling Injection line ( BFS, PFS, Ophthalmic formulations will be preferred).
Basic knowledge of PLC & Software operation
Abilities –good behaviour, good attendance, ability to work in teams or alone
Qualification : Graduate or Min. 10+2 with ITI certificate
Job Description:
Infusion bag machine operation with other activities like changes over, cleans bins and/or other related equipment in assigned area, in accordance with standard procedure
· Continuous monitoring of bags to ensure defect free Quality , proper sealing and print alignment
· Coordinates activities with superiors for line starts and stops, equipment failures etc to assure the necessary level of line efficiency
· Performs cleaning duties & preventive maintenance of the machine routinely
· Ensure Safe operation of plant equipment
· Ensure accurate packaging and labelling of finished products
· Operating and understanding basic machine controls
· Performing basic set-up of guiding system and troubleshooting typical problems.
