Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth joining process
- Manage offer roll-out and documentation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Indeed & Naukri
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in bulk hiring / sales hiring is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
