Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead and strengthen administration and HR operations across the assigned locations. The role will majorly focus on administration management, facility operations, employee coordination, vendor handling, compliance, and overall office management.
This role will involve approximately 80% Administration work and 20% HR responsibilities.
Preference will be given to candidates from a Retired Army / Defence background, especially candidates based in Pune and Solapur, who possess strong discipline, operational handling, and administrative management experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration Responsibilities (Major Focus Area)
- Manage housekeeping, office administration, and facility operations
- Oversee canteen management, hygiene, and vendor coordination
- Handle guest house management and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with local authorities and police departments when required
- Manage company vehicles, fuel records, and driver coordination
- Handle vendor management, negotiations, and documentation
- Monitor administration budgets and implement cost-control initiatives
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, meetings, and training programs
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations across locations
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Handle employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
- Manage leave, attendance, and shift coordination
- Handle recruitment and onboarding activities
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Coordinate performance appraisal activities
- Organize employee training and development initiatives
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Administration & HR operations
- Experience in vendor and facility management
- Good understanding of compliance and documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / HRMIS / ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong discipline management and problem-solving ability
- Budget monitoring and cost-control skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Service Industry preferred
- Retired Army / Defence personnel with administrative experience will be highly preferred
- Candidates currently based in Pune or Solapur will be given preference
- Strong leadership, discipline, and operational management capabilities required.
