Manage distributors/stockists: appoint the right partners, ensure healthy ROI, stock availability, and timely servicing of outlets.
Drive modern trade: secure listings, shelf space, planogram compliance and in-store promotions with retail chains and key accounts.
Lead the team: set beats and targets, run joint field-work / market visits, coach on selling and negotiation, review performance monthly.
Plan & report: territory/beat planning, tracking outlet coverage, competitor and pricing intelligence, monthly business reviews.
Manage schemes: roll out and control trade schemes/promotions within budget.
