Job Summary:
Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily sales and customer coordination activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Track sales opportunities and assist in achieving business targets.
- Schedule meetings and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
