Executive Customer Service- Air Freight
- Following up shipper, agent, & transporter for execution of shipment from start to end.
- Following up with shipper for confirmation of shipment readiness and same need to be keep on update to agent on daily basis.
- Booking with airline based on readiness of the shipment.
- Preparing AWB draft & ASI and Gate pass through software.
- Once shipment handover to the airline, ensure to send the pre-alert to agent along with documents.
- Following up with agent for profit share once execution is done to raise invoice accordingly.
Experience- 0 To 3 Years from the air freight forwarding industry only/ Fresher can apply
Job Location- Marol, Andheri (near Metro Station)
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
