About the Role:
We are hiring a STEM Facilitator to conduct engaging, hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) sessions for school students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct STEM activity sessions for school students as per the curriculum
- Explain technical and scientific concepts in a simple, engaging manner
- Manage classroom activities and maintain student engagement
- Coordinate with school staff for scheduling and smooth session delivery
- Maintain session reports and student progress records
- Assist in organizing STEM events, workshops, and exhibitions
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE (CSE / ECE / EEE / Mechanical), BCA, MCA, or B.Sc (IT/CS)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of programming/electronics/robotics concepts (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to explain concepts to school-going children in a simple way
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching
