# Job Description – Online KYC Verification Executive

## About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Online KYC Verification team. The role involves assisting customers in completing their online Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience.
## Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with the online KYC verification process.
* Verify customer documents as per banking guidelines.
* Guide customers through video KYC and digital onboarding procedures.
* Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.
* Resolve customer queries related to KYC and account verification.
* Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of KYC cases.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining process quality.
## Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate (Freshers can apply)
* MBA (Freshers can apply)
* Graduates with relevant experience
* MBA candidates with relevant experience
## Skills Required
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Customer-centric approach
* Attention to detail
* Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
## Shift Timings
24×7 rotational shifts (9-hour shift including break).
** Rotational shifts between **7:00 AM and 8:00 PM** (9-hour shift including break).
## Working Days & Weekly Offs
* **6 weekly offs per month**
* **Saturday and Sunday are regular working days**. Weekly offs will be provided on rotational weekdays.
## Transport Facility
* Transport facility is available **from Thane Station** for employees working the **9:30 AM to 6:00 PM** shift.
## Salary
* **Graduate Freshers:** Up to **₹4.5 LPA**
* **MBA Freshers:** Up to **₹5 LPA**
* **Graduates/MBA with Experience:** Up to **₹6 LPA** (based on relevant experience and interview performance)
