Job Summary: The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the therapy centre’s services (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, Psychological Services) to doctors, schools, hospitals, and parents. The role focuses on building strong referral networks and increasing patient enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Visit pediatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and general physicians Build strong referral relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and schools Promote therapy services such as: Speech Therapy Occupational Therapy Behavioral Therapy Special Education Educate professionals and parents about early intervention and developmental delays Coordinate and organize: Awareness programs Screening camps Workshops for parents and teachers Generate patient leads and convert them into admissions Maintain daily visit reports and referral data Follow up with referred cases and ensure proper onboarding Represent the centre professionally in the community Required Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills Knowledge of child development / therapy services (preferred) Relationship-building and networking skills Empathy and understanding towards special children and families Target-oriented mindset
