Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets while maintaining the brand's image.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor daily sales and prepare sales performance reports.
- Develop strategies to increase footfall, conversion rate, and average bill value.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and minimize stock losses.
- Coordinate with merchandising and visual merchandising teams to maintain attractive store displays.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Recruit, onboard, and schedule store staff efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Manage promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and in-store events.
- Analyze sales data and prepare action plans to improve store performance.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and brand presentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry.
- Experience managing teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹14,210.64 - ₹40,000.00 per month
