Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with experience in Architectural and Structural drafting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed design and construction drawings, coordinating with architects and structural engineers, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architectural Drafting:
· Prepare detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, schedules, and construction details.
· Develop working drawings, tender drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
· Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing accuracy throughout project stages.
· Coordinate with architects and project teams for design development and documentation.
2. Structural Drafting:
· Prepare structural GA drawings, foundation layouts, framing plans, RCC detailing, and structural construction details.
· Draft column layouts, beam layouts, slab plans, footing details, and reinforcement drawings as directed by structural engineers.
· Coordinate structural drawings with architectural drawings to ensure consistency and constructability.
3. Coordination & Documentation:
· Ensure proper coordination between Architectural and Structural disciplines.
· Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and document control procedures.
· Assist in resolving drawing discrepancies and site-related drafting requirements.
· Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Required Skills
· Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong drafting and detailing skills.
· Thorough understanding of Architectural and Structural drawings.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents.
· Strong knowledge of building construction methods and detailing practices.
· Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise projects.
· Familiarity with Revit/BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
· Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.

· Experience in preparing detailed working and construction drawings.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to drawing quality and accuracy.
· Experience coordinating with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and site teams.
