Admin Executive keeps an organization running smoothly by managing day-to-day operations. They oversee office supplies and vendor relationships, schedule meetings and executive travel, maintain company records, and assist with cross-departmental tasks like HR onboarding and expense tracking.
Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, including reception, visitor management, and ensuring a fully stocked, organized, and functional workspace.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage travel arrangements and itineraries for leadership and staff.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, including contracts, employee records, and operational databases.
- Procurement & Inventory: Track and order office supplies, manage pantry inventory, and negotiate or communicate with external vendors and service providers.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist HR with onboarding, payroll preparation, or employee events, and help Finance track expenses or process vendor invoices.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all administrative practices adhere to internal company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local statutory regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
