Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and statutory compliance through HRMS.
- Coordinate with project sites for manpower data and updates.
- Generate HR reports such as headcount, payroll summaries, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in the HRMS database.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management through the system.
- Troubleshoot HRMS issues and coordinate with software vendors if required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of HRMS software and HR operations
- Understanding of construction workforce management
- Payroll and statutory compliance knowledge (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 2–5 years of HRMS or HR operations experience (preferably in construction or infrastructure sector)
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
