Profile Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of graphic design principles and hands-on knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
The candidate should be able to create visually appealing and professional designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
What Will You Do:
- Create engaging and creative designs for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional creatives
- Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns and client requirements
- Edit and enhance images, photos, and other visual assets
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and visual identity
- Understand design briefs and convert ideas into attractive visual creatives
- Resize and optimize creatives according to different social media and digital platform requirements
- Make design revisions based on feedback from the team or clients
- Coordinate with the SEO, Social Media, Content, and Marketing teams for creative requirements
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative styles
- Manage multiple design requirements and complete tasks within given deadlines
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles, layouts, typography, and color combinations
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of image editing and photo retouching
- Understanding of social media creative formats and dimensions
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to understand design requirements and follow brand guidelines
- Ability to take feedback positively and make required improvements
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
