Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will design data capture formats, analyze data, and create MIS reports and dashboards to support consulting assignments.
The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and generate business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with large and complex datasets from multiple client sources.
- Clean, validate, organize, and maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports.
- Generate reports and presentations to support consulting engagements.
- Use AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting, documentation, and productivity.
- Collaborate with peers and clients to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Ensure data confidentiality and maintain high standards of data quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, or Business Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA Macros.
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and Google Apps Script.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to understand client requirement and covert into Mis
- Experience handling large datasets.
- Ability to effectively use AI tools for data analysis, report generation, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Consulting or client-facing experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
