Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Naihati. The Video Editor will work closely with the production team to edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and cutting footage, adding transitions, titles, and effects, performing basic sound adjustments, and preparing final deliverables in required formats. The role also involves collaborating on video concepts, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. The Video Editor is expected to stay current with editing tools and trends, maintain an efficient workflow, and contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production tools and workflows.
- Strong skills in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent and appealing visual styles.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics into video projects.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative and production teams on-site.
- Solid time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating video editing work is required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
