We are seeking a talented 3D Character Animator to join our creative team on a part-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for bringing characters to life through high-quality animation for video games, commercials, and digital content. Responsibilities:

Animate 3D characters and creatures with a focus on realistic movements and emotions.
Create lifelike body mechanics, facial expressions, and hand gestures.
Collaborate with the design and story teams to ensure the animation aligns with the vision and narrative.
Refine and improve animation timing, performance, and fluidity based on feedback.
Ensure that animations meet technical requirements for integration into games or videos.
Work with motion capture data and refine it to create natural character movements.
Maintain organized files and adhere to production schedules and deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in 3D character animation, preferably in a professional or freelance capacity.
Proficiency with animation software like Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
