Educational Qualification: Ph.D. or Master’s Degree (M.Tech) in Material Science, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
Experience: 2 years or more
Job Responsibilities:
1. Research & Project Management
- Lead research projects from planning to execution and reporting.
- Design experiments, optimize processing parameters, and evaluate fibres, polymers, and composites.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot processing trials, and prepare technical reports.
- Draft proposals and reports for government and industry-funded projects.
2. Sophisticated Instrumentation & Characterization
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced analytical and processing instruments.
- Interpret structural, thermal, and mechanical characterization data (DSC, TGA, DMA, TMA, SEM, FTIR, etc.).
- Knowledge of fibre spinning techniques including wet spinning, dry-jet wet spinning, and electrospinning.
- Train researchers and staff on SOPs and laboratory practices.
3. Lab Operations & Commercial Activities
- Manage daily laboratory operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Handle commercial testing projects with accurate and timely reporting.
- Maintain chemical inventory, equipment schedules, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with teams to support research and commercial objectives.
Skills:
1) Should handle sophisticated instruments.
2) Basic knowledge of computer (MS Word ,Excel ,PowerPoint)
3) Good communication skill

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
